We are English and have purchased this mobile home in 2012 NEW, for our personal use, it has never been rented. Family reasons lead us to put it on sale If you want to rent it, as many owners do, you can get an excellent return especially in summer.
Our mobile home is located at Camping L’Abri Cotier. This is a family site, located near the beach. The owner is English and lives there with his family. The nearest village is Etables sur Mer.
The camp ground is located 106 km from the port of St Malo. There are two sides, one for mobile homes, one for caravans and campers. The place is extremely quiet. The campsite is open from February 1 to November 30.
The camp ground is well laid out, there are many trees and every mobile home is well separated from its neighbour. The sandy soil will grow attractive shrubs such as rhododendrons and hydrangeas in the spring right throughout the summer! The campsite has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundry, wireless internet access and a bar.
Description of mobile home: The mobile home’s living room has 2 comfortable sofas that turn into double beds, extending table and four chairs. It is equipped with cupboards, and furniture for TV, DVD and music. You can receive satellite. The kitchen has plenty of space and cupboards, electric oven, microwave, gas hob and fridge/freezer. The two bedrooms rooms are furnished. The first has a double bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables. The second consists of two beds, a wardrobe and bedside table.. The two rooms are equipped with blinds and curtains. There is also a WC and a bathroom with large shower, wash hand basin and large storage cupboards. Heating is electric. All windows are double glazed and the mobile home has extractor fans that keep it fresh and airy. Outside on the decking area you’ll find four chairs, a table and a barbecue, a nice touch! the caravan has been used for only 4 weeks and is in excellent condition.
